How do I go about renting from The Collection Rentals?
It’s easy! From our website, you’ll add the pieces you love to your wishlist and then hit “submit” to send it to us. We will follow up with you to confirm availability and drop-off details for your chosen items, and then provide an initial quote and delivery estimate. If all looks good, you can confirm your order by signing our rental agreement and making payment of the 50% non-refundable deposit. Final payment will be processed 10 days before your scheduled delivery date.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! We work with a fantastic delivery company who will carefully deliver and pick-up your rental items to and from the designated area and person at your event.
Can I pick up my order myself?
That depends! Due to the delicate nature of our inventory, most of our rentals require hand-delivery by our professional crew. Our smaller décor items, such as candle votives, are available for pickup and drop-off during designated times. At the heart of it, we just want to make sure you can rest easy knowing your rentals will arrive in perfect condition.
Do you have a minimum?
We are pleased to accept orders of $500 and more for rentals (excluding delivery and tax).
May I view The Collection Rentals in person?
Yes you may! Visits are available by appointment only at our North Vancouver studio. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an appointment. You can also browse our entire inventory, with ease, right here.

But what if we spill?
We understand that accidents happen. All rentals are subject to an 8% non-refundable damage waiver fee. This Damage Waiver Fee covers normal, reasonable wear and tear that may occur on any rented pieces, a minor spill, for example. In the event solely normal wear occurs on any rented pieces, the client will not be charged any additional amounts. The Damage Waiver Fee does not apply to damage to rented pieces occurring due to negligence, or to loss of any rented pieces. In the event of substantial damage to any rented pieces, the actual repair, cleaning or replacement cost will be charged.

We do not offer design, but our sister company, Spread Love Event Planning and Design does!
